The Homestead Bakery makes baked goods the old-fashioned way Grandma made them.

Our recipe includes:
1.  Love
2.  Good Ingredients
3.  Time and Thoughtfulness
4.  Mix all Together

We have cookies, scones, puff pastry, pastry pies, brownies, fruit cobblers, and bread pudding.  No commercial mixes are used. All our bakery order items are made from scratch. 

If you come on Saturday morning you will be able to purchase our homemade breads and pies.

We recommend ordering your pie in advance so you can pick it up on Saturday.

We also have other items, as well.  You may order our cookies, scones and pies by mail.

Our selection of Cookies are chocolate chips, oatmeal raisin, soft ginger, peanut butter and soft sugar cookies.

You can choose our country brown bag or our clear gift bag with decorative ribbons.
(Cost is $5.50 per pound plus shipping.)

Our selection of Scones include cranberry orange, apricot chocolate, date nut, toffee, chocolate chip and lemon poppy.
(Cost is $2.00 each.)

Our selection of 9 inch Pies include apple, blueberry, raspberry, mixed berry and strawberry rhubarb.
(Cost is $15.00 per pie.)

Hours We Are Open:
Wednesday thru Friday - 9:00am to 3:00pm (Summer Only)
Saturday - 9:00 am to 5:00pm
Sunday - 1:00pm to 4:00pm

The Homestead was a traveler's rest in the early 1800's on the Old Schroon Road.  Today we are a bakery just off (Interstate 87) Exit 27 of the Adirondack Northway.
